INGREDIENTS:
1. 1/2 ounce Jose Cuervo Especial(R) Tequila
2. 8 leaves fresh mint
3. 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
4. 1 tablespoon lime juice
5. 1/3 ounce chilled club soda
6. Fresh mint leaves (optional)
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Fill a glass halfway with ice.
2. Crush mint leaves using back of a spoon; add crushed mint to the glass with sugar and lime juice.
3. Pour Jose Cuervo Especial(R) Tequila into the glass; top with chilled club soda.
4. Stir well and garnish with mint leaves.
