INGREDIENTS:
1. 1/2 cup chopped onion
2. 1 clove garlic, minced
3. 1 tablespoon oil
4. 1 pound pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
5. 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
6. 1 (1 ounce) square BAKER'S Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, finely chopped
7. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8. 2 cups hot cooked MINUTE White Rice
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender. Increase heat to high. Add pork; cook and stir 5 min. or until pork is golden brown on all sides
2. Add 1/2 cup water, barbecue sauce, chocolate and crushed red pepper; mix well. Bring to a boil; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min. or until pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over rice.
Yield: 4 servings
